Wheelclampers

From 1 November, wheelclampers (also known as vehicle immobiliser operatives!) can apply for licences from the Security Industry Authority (SIA). From 28 February 2005, they will not be able to work without a licence. The fee is £190. For more information, go to the SIA website (www.the-sia.org.uk).
