A reminder that any people who are eligible to apply for indefinite leave (ILR) under the special ILR exercise (for families with dependent children who had applied for asylum before 2 October 2000) must do so before the end of December.

Anyone who is not sure if they are eligible should ensure they get expert advice before the deadline.
