The High Court has held that the police and/or a local authority can publicise details of young people who are the subject of anti-social behaviour orders. They had appeared on leaflets and posters and had suffered harassment as a result.
In another development, in England, from 30 December, local authorities, registered social landlords and housing action trusts have a legal obligation to publish their policies and procedures on dealing with anti-social behaviour.
