Court forms online

Since January, people in some pilot areas have been able to fill in and submit a selection of county court forms online. Examples include forms for defending a claim and applying for a warrant of execution. People can apply for a fee exemption or pay the fees online using a debit or credit card.

The pilot areas are Basildon, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Coventry, Dartford, Leicester, Llangefni, Norwich and Preston.
