From 1 April 2005, people wanting to apply to remain in the UK with a work permit (including a TWES or SBS permit) or under the seasonal agricultural workers scheme can make an appointment to take their application forms in person to the Immigration and Nationality Directorate Public Enquiry Office in Croydon.
