The Village moves to Salford

The Village Citizens Advice Bureau will be 'hosted' by the Salford Citizens Advice Bureaux service from 1st March 2006.

Since the launch of the service in 1999 Manchester Citizens Advice Bureaux had hosted The Village C.A.B. providing office and advice support. This support has taken The Village C.A.B. from it's start as a 2 hour a week pilot advice service to the nationally recognised service that it has become.

Unfortunately changes in the Manchester Citizens Advice Bureaux service mean that it will be unable to provide the support required for the further development of The Village Citizens Advice Bureau.

During the transition The Village Citizens Advice Bureau will continue to operate the e-mail advice service.
