E-mail Advice
When sending enquiries please note the following:
- The Village Citizens Advice Bureaux is a specialist service for the
Lesbian, Gay and Bi-sexual communities. Priority will therefore be given
to those enquiries where a persons sexuality is a significant issue
in the enquiry.
- We download enquiries on a Monday and we try to respond within 5
working days.
- Please use a 'subject line' in your e-mail that is specific to your
enquiry as it makes it easier to identify when we are inundated with
spam and virus e-mails.
- Documents or files attached to your enquiry will be removed by our
anti-virus systems without being read. Please include any relevant information
in the body of your e-mail.
